About Ray of Hope

Ray of Hope, established in 2020 by Raia Investment Partners, was created to give back to our hometown heroes. Through this initiative, our community teams collaborate with local schools, military personnel, fire departments, and police agencies to provide exclusive rental discounts. Additionally, a portion of the rent collected from these dedicated individuals is donated to local charities chosen by our community teams, ensuring a meaningful impact where it matters most.

Since its inception, our communities have proudly donated over $100,000 to the following charities:

Ronald McDonald House - Atlanta

Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities strives to provide essential services that removes barriers, strengthens families, and promotes healing when children need healthcare.
